





This brochure for a development of high end Spanish properties required something a little different to stand apart from the competition. The concept consisted of two brochures, The Dream and The Reality. The Dream focused the lifestyle aspect of the luxury country club location and area, whereas The Reality concentrated on the physical attributes of the properties, including 3D renders and floorplans. The two documents were hand bound into a single hard backed cover to give a quality presentation, totally in keeping with the status of the properties being showcased.
